As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and food quality.
Responsibilities
 Oversee all aspects of club operations, including restaurant management and catering services.
 Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability while maximizing profitability.
 Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
 Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
 Maintain high standards of food management and safety compliance in the kitchen.
 Manage POS systems effectively to streamline transactions and enhance customer experience.
 Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
 Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offerings within the club.
 Monitor industry trends to keep the club competitive and appealing to guests.
Requirements
 Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
 Strong skills in budgeting, inventory control, and food management practices.
 Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
 Familiarity with POS systems and their operational functionalities.
 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff and customers effectively.
 Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
