What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Conduct advanced analysis utilizing large datasets to drive meaningful change on KPIs and objectives
 Execute SQL queries across multiple platforms to return relevant data and ensure data integrity
 Produce reports, graphs, summaries, and presentations that effectively communicate analytical results
 Collaborate with leadership to design and implement data-driven solutions while identifying trends and outliers
 Maintain clear documentation on project requirements, goals, methodology, and output
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis
 Strong written communication skills for conveying insights and analysis results
 Ability to independently create and follow project plans
 Experience with reporting governance and BI tools
 Familiarity with operational systems and working with IT and business teams
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience in a data analyst role within the animal care or veterinary industry
 Knowledge of advanced data visualization tools
 Familiarity with financial reporting and KPI analysis
 Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data
 Previous experience in project planning and management
