Minnesota Teacher License: ELL/ESL The district is willing to request an out of field permission license as needed Benefit Package*: We offer a highly competitive rewards package that includes: Compensation & Paid Leave Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $46,248 and MA: $56,760; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (pro rated based on FTE) Performance Awards available Up to 12 sick days and up to 1.5 personal days of leave given yearly Health Insurance Medical premiums are covered by the district up to 100% for individual plans and up to $1,169 per month toward family plans. Dental premiums are fully covered by the district for individual and family plans. District contributions to VEBA/HRA accounts for select medical plans.
