This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision-making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel. Candidates selected will have the opportunity to work, and be mentored by one of the top producers in AO.
Responsibilities:
 Schedule appointments with clients to meet virtually over zoom. Leads provided
 Quickly Learn & Master Sales Processes and Systems
 Manage daily operations
 Oversee multiple personnel
 Help with onboarding and training Qualifications
 Strong leadership skills
 Organized
 Excellent communication skills (fluent in English) including active listening and problem-solving
 Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go
 Works well with others and individually
 Possesses a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
