Job Description:
? Customer Interaction: Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.
? Problem Solving: Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
? Follow Scripts: Use call center scripts to handle different topics effectively.
Main Position Details:
? Start Date: Apr 4th
? Schedule: Must be open to any shift Monday - Friday between 5:00am - 7:00pm. OT opportunity available!
? Location: Just South of Sky Harbor Airport. Near S 52nd St & W University
Qualifications:
? Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
? Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
? Skills: Strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to multi-task.
? Attributes: Customer-focused, adaptable to different personality types, and able to manage time effective

The pay range for this position is $22.68 - $22.68/hr.
