- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and best practices for client service.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelorÂs degree is a plus.

- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
- **Soft Skills:**
