Core Information:Company: WorkwarpCompensation: a competitive salaryStart Date: Immediate openings availableLocation: RemotePosition: Call Center Representative  Job Title: Call center representative (6 month contract ) Location: Arlington, Virginia (Local candidates only for equipment pickup) Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday) 2 Weeks Training onsite in Arlington, VA - 9am-6pm (Monday- Friday) 6 month contract • Process child care fee assistance applications promptly. • Enter client data into the database. • Determine applicant eligibility based on program requirements. • Assist applicants in choosing child care options and verify provider qualifications. • Distribute program information and required documents to child care providers. • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email. • Maintain professional and respectful relationships with clients. • Uphold high ethical standards and confidentiality. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00 Requirements Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
