Requirements
 Excellent written communication skills.
 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
 Familiarity with AmazonÂs range of products and services is a plus.
 Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
 Proficiency with computers and chat software.
 Flexibility to work different schedules including weekends if needed.
