Role Description

What You’ll Do
• Content Creation & Storytelling
• Film, edit, and publish engaging video for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and maintain a lightweight content calendar with hooks, scripts, and shot lists.
• Repurpose footage into GIFs, stills, and written snippets to maximize reach.
• Track analytics, test new formats, and iterate quickly to boost performance.
• Chief-of-Staff Style Support
• Sit in on leadership meetings to capture notes, action items, and priorities.
• Follow up with cross-functional owners to ensure deadlines stick.
• Prepare quick research briefs or slide decks on new initiatives.
• Serve as a creative sounding board—surface risks, propose solutions, and keep ideas moving.
• Project & Operations Assistance
• Coordinate video shoots, team events, and vendor relationships.
• Keep brand assets and standard-operating procedures organized in Notion or Google Drive.
• Jump into special projects—from onboarding videos to new-product launches.
• Handle day-to-day admin (calendar tweaks, travel, simple errands) when needed.
