• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract buyers and sellers across various platforms
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and guiding them through every step of the transaction process
• Maintain organized records of transactions, communications, and property details using administrative tools
• Stay informed about local market trends, property management issues, and legal updates relevant to Texas real estate
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to foster trust and transparency throughout the sales cycle
Requirements
• Valid Texas real estate license in good standing with active status
• Proven experience in sales, negotiation, customer service, or property management within real estate
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law applicable in Texas
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks and transaction management
• Familiarity with marketing techniques specific to real estate including digital advertising and social media outreach
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity levels
