Role Description
This is an entry level position. The Dispatch department reviews and confirms data prior to providing information to the end users.
• Work directly for the Dispatch Manager
• Department is operational 24/7 running three shifts a day
• This position is for the daytime shift
• Candidates MUST be available to work the following shift:
• Wednesday - Saturday; off Thursdays and Fridays
• 9:00am - 5:30 pm Central Standard
Qualifications
• Experience with Data entry
• Telephone work and providing information in real time
• Experience with working software and hardware systems
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Must be able to multitask and handle frequently changing priorities
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills
• Possess a professional telephone and personal demeanor
• Heavy use of Computer Keyboard and Mouse Skills
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, multiple monitors and phones
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
• Reliable Internet connection with a minimum 100mps
• Workspace with very minimal distractions
