Role Description
This role involves working as a Remote 1099 Full desk Recruiter, where you will be paid per hire.
• Identify and engage client companies with hiring needs
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open roles
• Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to placement
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and placements
• Collaborate in our community and join optional weekly Q&A calls
• You will not conduct interviews or hiring; leadership will handle all final screening, credential checks, and client communications
Qualifications
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, & business development
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• Access to your own phone, computer, and internet
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Federal Tax ID/EIN# (Can be obtained on IRS.gov)
Requirements
• This role is not for you if you require a guaranteed salary or hourly pay
• Full-time employment, benefits, or PTO
• Handheld training and management
• Leads handed to you from day one
