You will report to our Head of People. The Opportunity We’re looking for a People Operations leader to own and drive our People Ops function. This person will be responsible for building and scaling people processes as a service, creating thoughtful, efficient systems that support our teams and culture as we grow. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
