Role Description
We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Consultant to join our thriving HR Consulting team. This role is a fully remote position.
⢠Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance within client organizations, addressing legislative changes and industry-specific requirements.
⢠Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored HR solutions and proactive advice.
⢠Leverage deep knowledge of HR best practices and regulations to help clients implement effective HR strategies and policies aligned with their organizational goals.
⢠Provide expert guidance to resolve complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
⢠Lead and contribute to HR projects, including restructuring, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes.
⢠Oversee payroll processes and collaborate with clients to administer competitive benefits packages, ensuring employee satisfaction and compliance.
⢠Depending on client size, oversee administrative HR duties to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
⢠7+ years of general HR experience across diverse HR functions, with expertise in employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, and policy development.
⢠Proven ability to work closely with leadership and employees to address organizational needs, with a focus on employee relations and strategic HR initiatives.
⢠Ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
⢠BA/BS in Human Resources or a related field is required.
⢠PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
⢠Experience supporting multiple businesses or entities is a plus.
⢠Previous experience working in a remote work setting is required.
⢠Ability to work across all U.S. timezones to support our client base.
Requirements
⢠Salary range: $60,000-$68,000 annually.
