Job Title: Licensed Electrician – License Holder
Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
Compensation: $2,500/MO
About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Minnesota Master Licensed Electrician to serve as the License Holder for a growing electrical company based in Saint Paul, MN. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician who is no longer working in the field full-time but wants to stay active in the industry in a supervisory or consulting capacity.
As the License Holder, you will allow the business to operate legally under your electrical license, meeting state requirements for licensure while supporting our operational and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the qualifying party for the business to meet state licensing requirements
• Remain available for minimal consulting, phone check-ins, or inspections as needed
• Maintain your electrical license in good standing and in compliance with Minnesota state regulations
• Optionally assist with mentoring or advising newer electricians (if interested)
• Communicate with ownership and local authorities if compliance questions arise
Qualifications
• Active Minnesota Master Electrician License (required)
• In good standing with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry
• Strong knowledge of NEC and Minnesota electrical codes
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Prior business ownership, management, or field experience preferred but not required
