Role Description
The Strategic Analytics and Adoption Team is looking to expand with a new Adoption Consultant. As an Adoption Consultant, you are responsible for providing end-user support to promote EHR efficiency and improve end-user experience with Oracle Health solutions.
• Cultivate client relationships to achieve adoption objectives
• Influence and obtain stakeholder buy-in for behavior change planning
• Coordinate and deliver a variety of external client conversion and adoption projects
• Analyze and interpret end-user experience data to achieve success
• Maintain a broad understanding of Oracle Health solutions by learning design best practices
• Evaluate the best way to engage with each client
You will need to possess excellent communication skills, decision-making skills, flexibility and comfort with ambiguity, the ability to work comfortably with technology, an understanding of the adoption process, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
