HIPAA-certified legal transcriptionist
We are seeking a US-based, HIPAA-certified legal transcriptionist for freelance transcription work. This is an ongoing, as-needed opportunity with assignments distributed throughout the day.
Key Requirements:
Must be located in the United States
HIPAA certification required to access projects
Familiarity with legal terminology and deposition formatting
Experience transcribing depositions, hearings, or other legal proceedings preferred
Willingness to follow Rev-specific style guidelines and use the Rev editing transcription tool
Must be detail-oriented, able to meet project deadlines, and responsive to assignment requests
General availability during US daytime hours (MondayâFriday), though exact working hours remain flexible

This is a freelance/independent contractor role. You will have the flexibility to choose your working hours, but we are looking for transcriptionists who can be consistently available during the day to accept and complete assigned work in a timely manner.
