Position: High-Ticket Appointment Setter
Location: Remote
Compensation: Base + Performance-Based Commission
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented High-Ticket Appointment Setter to join our sales team for our Amazon FBA coaching program. Your primary role will be to connect with inbound and outbound leads, qualify them, and book them into calls with our closers. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, high-ticket sales environment, ideal for someone hungry to earn and grow in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with warm and cold leads via calls, SMS, DMs, and emails.
Qualify potential clients based on interest level, financial readiness, and fit for the program.
Handle objections and create urgency to increase appointment bookings.
Maintain CRM records and track daily/weekly performance metrics.
Follow up with leads to maximize conversion and minimize no-shows.
Collaborate with closers to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a high-ticket setter, SDR, or in appointment setting.
Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
Ability to handle objections and move prospects toward booking calls.
Experience with CRM tools like GoHighLevel, Close, HubSpot, or similar.
Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment with performance-based incentives.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to grow into a closer role.
