What You’ll Do
• Deliver engaging, standards-based math instruction in subjects like Algebra I & II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, or advanced courses
• Create lesson plans, assignments, and assessments tailored to student needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Collaborate with staff and participate in IEPs when applicable
• Promote a focused, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
What You’ll Need
• A valid Louisiana teaching certificate with a high school mathematics endorsement
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Education, or a related field
• Previous experience in a high school setting preferred
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and fingerprint clearance
