Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist at Amazon, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is critical in maintaining our high standard of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Educational Qualifications
