Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heat and Ventilation Specialist to join our team in Anchorage, USA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of heating and ventilation systems within our facilities. Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair heating and ventilation systems, including boilers, pumps, and fan components
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing fan/pump motors and belts, and minor plumbing repairs
Interpret and work from plans, prints, specifications, and established maintenance procedures
Maintain knowledge of standard heating, ventilation, and mechanical equipment, including boilers, furnaces, and building automation system controls
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Alaska second-class boiler operator's license or commensurate experience and knowledge
Minimum of four years of experience in the field of heating and ventilation preferred
Ability to work at heights over 20 feet and lift items weighing less than 40 lbs.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
