Key Responsibilities Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Provide detailed information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership inquiries. Schedule appointments by gathering and processing appointment information efficiently. Continuously update and expand your knowledge base to stay abreast of the ever-evolving products and services in the automotive industry. Capture and document customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Summarize customer interactions based on their needs and preferences for client review and follow-up. Essential and Preferred Qualifications While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is a plus, it's not a necessity. We're more interested in your potential, attitude, and willingness to learn. Here are the key qualifications we're looking for: A typing speed of at least 35 WPM (40 WPM and above is preferred), ensuring you can keep up with the fast-paced online chat environment. Proficiency in basic internet and Windows-based computer skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems. Here are the details: Attend 4 weeks of intensive training, scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM CST. After completing training, work 5-hour time blocks daily, allowing for a consistent and manageable part-time schedule.
