You’ll help build a visual world people want to be part of. What you’ll do Make decks that pop. The kind people screenshot, not skim for pitches, launches, and internal storytelling Design across social, digital, experiential, product, and brand moments Partner with writers, strategists, and producers to bring ideas to life Create work that feels modern, cultural, and intentional Develop assets that move across digital and print formats seamlessly Help build and evolve our visual identity Requirements What you’re good at Strong visual taste. You know what’s good and what’s not Designing on brand. You understand identity systems and how to push them Layout, typography, color, and composition that feels considered Designing for digital-first and social-first environments Translating ideas into visuals that land Working fast without lowering the bar You might be a good fit if You’ve worked in creative studios, agencies, or in-house teams You have a portfolio that shows range but also a clear point of view You’re inspired by culture, not just design trends You care about the details most people miss You want to build something, not just contribute to it You stay curious. New tools, new tech, new ways of making Bonus if You have motion or animation experience You think beyond screen into experiences and IRL You’ve built brands with real community and cultural relevance You’ve dabbled with AI tools What you’ll use Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
