Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess the quality of healthcare services provided by Molina Healthcare
Assist in the development of healthcare policies and procedures
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and services are provided
Participate in research projects and data analysis to improve healthcare services
Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any healthcare issues
Maintain comprehensive records and documentations of healthcare services
Assist in the implementation of new healthcare initiatives and programs
Participate in training and development activities to keep up with industry trends
Provide customer service to patients and families as needed
