Key Responsibilities

ā¢ Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to streamline processes and improve patient flow.
ā¢ Address patient concerns or issues promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution.
ā¢ Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to the role.
What Required For
ā¢ High School Diploma or equivalent.
ā¢ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
ā¢ Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
ā¢ Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and office software is a plus.
ā¢ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
ā¢ 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
