Healthcare Recruiter (100% Remote + Uncapped Commission/Bonuses)
Responsibilities:
1. Quickly and enthusiastically respond to potential candidates who are seeking a contract
2. Matching candidates to potential contracts that are available through Access Healthcare
3. Constructing pay packages for our nurses in accordance with monetary figures provided to you
4. Answer questions regarding potential contracts that are available through Access Healthcare
5. Build profiles for candidates that will be used to submit them for contracts
6. Enter candidates into Vendor Systems (numerous used) and submit candidates for potential contracts that are available through Access Healthcare.
8. Build relationships with potential candidates and the vendors we interact with
9. Submitting between 5-10 applicants a day to potential positions
10. Source nursing groups via social media to advertise Access Healthcare positions
11. Additional duties and responsibilities within the scope of the Recruiter role may be added at the discretion of company leadership when necessary and appropriate.
