Healthcare Customer Service Representative/Call Center – Indeed Jobs US
Role Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.- Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call- Conduct provider calls to collect missing information from medical providers.- Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct case checks as needed.- Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
Required Skills/Experience2+ year(s) of remote phone customer service experience in the healthcare industry2+ years prior work from home experiencePreferences- 2+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor's office)Hours: 8-9 hour shifts, some weekend days may be required. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $20- $20 hourly. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
