Head of Growth / Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

We operate an established healthcare-related website with consistent organic traffic and strong brand positioning. We are currently under-leveraging this traffic and are seeking a strategic Growth & Conversion expert to architect and implement a full monetization system.

This is not a basic ads role and not a design-only role.

We are looking for someone who understands how to transform existing traffic into measurable revenue through structured funnels, lead capture systems, retargeting, email automation, and ongoing optimization.

Objective

Design and implement a complete conversion ecosystem that:

- Captures and segments website visitors

- Increases conversion rates

- Builds and nurtures an email list

- Implements retargeting systems

- Improves revenue per visitor

- Establishes measurable, scalable growth processes

Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Audit & Strategy

- Conduct a full audit of user behavior, traffic flow, and drop-off points

- Review analytics, event tracking, and pixel implementation

- Identify monetization gaps and opportunities

- Present a structured 60–90 day growth roadmap

Phase 2 – Implementation

- Design and deploy high-converting landing pages

- Implement lead capture systems (pop-ups, exit intent, embedded forms)

- Develop lead magnets and offer positioning

- Set up and optimize GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and related tracking

- Build segmented email automation sequences

- Launch retargeting campaigns (Meta + Google)

- Establish A/B testing frameworks

- Improve conversion rate and overall funnel performance

Required Experience

- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

- Funnel architecture and landing page optimization

- Email marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.)

- Retargeting strategy and paid traffic integration

- Pixel tracking and analytics configuration

- A/B testing methodology

- Data-driven decision-making
