What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by answering incoming phone calls and resolving concerns
Assist customers with portal navigation, registration, password resets, and other technical issues
Document calls in detail and provide accurate information utilizing available resources
Interact with team members, management, and customers professionally while meeting production targets
Adhere to client's SLAs and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Two or more years of inbound telephone customer service experience
Proficient in personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, and OneNote
Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills
Experience in the healthcare industry with Medicaid knowledge strongly desired

Experience in the healthcare industry in provider, member, insurance, or claims
Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
