Position Overview The Healthcare Business Relationship Specialist plays a key role in strengthening and growing our partnerships within the healthcare sector. This role is a critical liaison between Medical Guardian, and our healthcare channel partners, working closely with Key Account Managers, payers, installers, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class service and support. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of our products and offerings, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues efficiently and professionally. Schedule: Monday through Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET. Flexibility required for occasional evening and weekend coverage. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to drive partner satisfaction and growth. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications (phone and email) with professionalism and urgency. Own and resolve partner issues from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-up and complete resolution. Support the onboarding and ongoing training of partners, delivering clear and engaging product and process presentations. Collaborate across departments to coordinate solutions and improve partner experience. Provide dedicated support to our Senior Living and Healthcare partners, both enterprise and non-enterprise. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed while maintaining partner trust and satisfaction.
