About the Role As a Healthcare Branding Project Advisor/Manager at Workwarp, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of brand identity and migration strategies for our healthcare clients. This is a 100% remote position, aligned to EST/CST hours, with a contract duration of 12+ months. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, technology, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy Execution: Roll out and implement brand identity and migration strategies. Collaborate with marketing, legal, technology, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment. Educate internal and external teams on strategic goals and project implementations. Project Coordination: Interface with partners to coordinate brand initiatives. Develop and manage project plans and dashboards to track progress. Anticipate, flag, and resolve project barriers. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors. Communicate progress, risks, and solutions effectively. Performance Tracking: Measure and monitor brand project outcomes. Ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and enterprise priorities. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Experience: 5+ years in program/project management, marketing, brand strategy, or related fields. Familiarity with project management tools, dashboards, and methodologies. SharePoint experience is a bonus. Strong agency collaboration and problem-solving background. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word). Experience with project timelines, budgets, and priority management. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and oral communication. Ability to work in a matrixed, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment. Relationship-building capabilities across cross-functional teams. Mindset: Highly motivated and independent. Effective under pressure and adaptable to change. Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
