Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Agent, Customer Relations to join our team. As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a professional and empathetic manner. Your goal will be to delight our valuable pharmacy customers by providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a timely and professional manner, upholding blithequark's purpose and values. Serve as a customer advocate, researching and resolving customer concerns in a remote, inbound customer contact center setting. Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, chats, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications. Utilize strong PC skills and toggle between different applications to efficiently manage customer inquiries. Articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office. Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete a paid company training program. Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred). Prior inbound Call Center experience. Previous experience working from home (a plus).
