Healthcare AI Content Editor (SEO, AEO, Webflow Publishing)

Role: Healthcare AI Content Writer/Editor (SEO, AEO, Webflow Publishing) We run a fast-moving healthcare AI company and are building a high-volume, search-first content engine. Most drafts will be AI-assisted. Your job is to turn those drafts into credible, accurate, human, industry-grade content that can stand up to healthcare operators, RCM leaders, and health system stakeholders. This is much more editing than creative writing. If you love shaping rough material into sharp, authoritative work, this is for you. What You’ll Actually Do Core (weekly work) - Edit AI-generated drafts into high-quality articles (clarity, structure, tone, logic) - Fact-check healthcare and RCM concepts - Remove fluff, repetition, and “AI-sounding” language - Improve flow, headlines, subheads, and scannability - Optimize for SEO + AEO (search + answer engines) Add: - internal links - basic external references when appropriate - schema-friendly formatting (lists, definitions, structured sections) - Ensure content sounds credible to healthcare operators, not generic marketing Publishing - Upload and format articles in Webflow CMS - Apply basic on-page SEO: - meta titles/descriptions - header hierarchy - image placement (when provided) - slug optimization - Schedule posts Occasional / Future Scope - Light original writing (sections, intros, transitions) - Repurposing content into LinkedIn posts or short social snippets - Helping refine content templates and editorial standards What This Is NOT - Not a pure blog writing role - Not lifestyle or consumer health content - Not creative storytelling pieces This is B2B healthcare, operations, RCM, and AI-in-healthcare topics. Content Topics You’ll Work On Examples: - Revenue cycle management workflows - Prior authorizations, eligibility, benefits verification - Call center operations in healthcare - Automation, AI agents, voice AI in healthcare - Healthcare admin bottlenecks and staffing challenges - Health system and payer operational processes Skills We Need Must-Have - Experience editing or writing healthcare or health tech content - Strong structural editing skills (not just grammar fixes) - Comfortable working with AI-generated drafts - Understands SEO fundamentals - Can spot inaccurate or oversimplified healthcare claims - Detail-oriented and consistent - Comfortable working inside a CMS (Webflow preferred) Big Plus Experience with: - RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) - Health systems, payers, or healthcare ops - B2B SaaS content - AEO / answer-focused formatting - Webflow experience Ability to think in terms of search intent, not just “topics” Workload To start: ~4–8 articles per month Potential to scale up if it’s a good fit Apply tot his job
