The Role Be part of the team raising the bar for healthcare support in the U.S. As an omnichannel Health Insurance Support Specialist, you’ll be the trusted guide for patients, providers, and partners—helping them navigate everything from billing and payments to insurance verification, account access, payouts, and credentialing. You’ll provide support across email, chat, and phone, turning complex issues into clear, reliable solutions.
