Health Engagement Strategist - Campaigns & Risk Assessment - Remote
About the position
The Health Engagement Strategist is responsible for the execution, monitoring, and measurement of engagement campaigns across various channels, including direct mail, email, IVR, and SMS. This role involves defining member-centric engagement strategies, providing strategic direction throughout the campaign lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives and target audience needs.
Responsibilities
Ā Define member-centric engagement strategies in alignment with patient activation and engagement team goals and KPIs.

Ā Provide strategic direction throughout the campaign lifecycle, from campaign development to execution and launch planning across clients and membership.

Ā Partner with client representative teams to understand SLAs, key client needs, and forecast requirements.
,
Ā Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and the needs of the target audiences.
,
Ā Develop comprehensive campaign briefs that document scope, audience, personas, personalization, and corresponding engagement strategies.
,
Ā Partner with compliance and legal teams to obtain approvals for engagement strategies.
,
Ā Oversee the development of design and execution of engagement campaigns across various channels, including calls, automated calls, email, SMS and direct mail.

Ā Participate in content reviews, reporting reviews, data analysis, user acceptance testing, and campaign launch activities.
,
Ā Manage the development and distribution of reporting, learnings, and insights across teams.
,
Ā Design A/B tests, analyze results, and apply learnings to existing and future campaigns.
,
Ā Continuously identify and implement strategies and iterative improvements for increasing patient engagement.
Requirements
Ā 6+ years of experience in leading consumer engagement strategy and design within healthcare.
,
Ā Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
,
Ā Proven experience in developing and executing campaign and engagement strategies that drive measurable results.
,
Ā Strong understanding of patient engagement principles and their application in strategies.
,
Ā Understanding of marketing compliance across healthcare populations and channels.
,
Ā Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
,
Ā Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Nice-to-haves
Ā Experience using Salesforce Suite and/or other CRM tools, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.

Ā Direct to consumer communication experience in the healthcare industry and experience in creating campaigns tailored for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance members.
