Position Summary: At the 24-Hour Nurse Line the Health Coach Consultant utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to engage, educate, and promote/influence members decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status. Requires an RN with unrestricted active license. Required Qualifications: Active unrestricted RN compact state licensure. 3+ years of clinical experience required, with preference for the following areas: Disease Management, Emergency Room, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical Care, Oncology. 1 year proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook and Microsoft Word). Must be open to a start time of 5:00 pm and 1:30 am EST, 8-hour shift, every other weekend and will work 4 holidays per year (rotated out through team) Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire Preferred Qualifications: Managed Care experience preferred. Previous coaching experience preferred. Model candidates have telephone triage nursing experience. Education: Associate Degree minimum required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,095.00 - $116,760.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
