Job Summary of Health & Beauty TA:
Support the presentation and availability of health and beauty products by delivering excellent customer service and executing merchandising plans. Associates in this role ensure shelves are stocked, displays are seasonal and attractive, and customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Health & Beauty TA:
ā¢ Assist customers in locating health and beauty items throughout the store.
ā¢ Stock and rotate merchandise on the sales floor.
ā¢ Create and maintain seasonal feature displays aligned with store promotions.
ā¢ Ensure product freshness, accurate signage, and clean shelves.
ā¢ Work collaboratively with team members to meet merchandising goals.
Qualifications and Experience of Health & Beauty TA:
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and visual presentation.
ā¢ Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
ā¢ Effective communication and customer service skills.
ā¢ No prior experience required; training provided on-site.
