Choose growth.As Head of Real Estate Strategy & Operations Germany (f/m/x), you will take full ownership of the country’s branch network, driving performance, cost efficiency, and strategic development. You will ensure the network operates as a lean, data-driven engine, optimizing Opex and Capex, negotiating high-impact leases, improving branch throughput, and leveraging logistics synergies.
