Technical Accounting Manager-CPA
The National Recruiting Division of CBIZ LLP is recruiting for a Technical Accounting Manager/Assurance Quality Control CPA.
Responsibilities
Implement strategies to comply with new accounting standards, analyze impacts, (internally and externally)
Lead Due Diligence and Technical review of audit engagements
Maintain and strengthen internal controls for technical compliance firm wide.
Manage & enhance Quality Control systems and provide end user training, (policies, standards, library, etc)
Lead Quality Control and Audit initiatives, (transformation, automation, technology implementations, etc)
Develop and monitor new internal controls, and coordinate Peer Reviews.
Ensure compliance to established audit processes, manage end user training sessions.
Qualifications
Public Accounting & Audit experience
CPA certification.
5+ years of Technical Accounting and Quality Control exposure
Compensation for this role will ideally be between $130-160k+Bonus
