Responsibilities • Define product strategy and roadmap aligning with business goals. • Lead customer insight efforts to inform product development. • Collaborate across teams to ensure product alignment and execution. • Oversee product backlog and prioritize features for development. • Implement project management frameworks for timely delivery. • Promote a culture of data-informed decision-making and experimentation. • Mentor and lead cross-functional team members for best practices. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. • 12+ years of professional experience in product management. • Proven track record in scaling SaaS-based products. • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Strong analytical skills with financial literacy. • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable plans. • Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders.
