Our business and teams are scaling, and we are looking for ambitious, eager, creative, and innovative individuals to join us and help us dominate the marketing measurement space.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Head of Partnership Success to own and grow strategic partnerships across the marketing ecosystem (including ad networks, agencies, and technology partners).This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, product, and go-to-market, ensuring our partners are successful, aligned with our roadmap, and driving mutual growth.You will play a critical role in shaping how Singular collaborates with key partners to unlock new product integration and revenue opportunities to deliver best-in-class measurement solutions.What you will do:Partner Success & Relationship ManagementOwn day-to-day relationships with top tech partners (e.g, Meta, Google, TikTok), ad networks and agencies.Act as the primary point of contact to ensure partner satisfaction, growth, and long-term successIdentify and define joint value propositions with key partners and synthesize across internal and external teams/Proactively identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and expand engagement through both product or commercial strategyPartner Insights → Product & R&DDevelop a deep understanding of partner product needs, pain points, and strategic prioritiesTranslate partner feedback into clear product requirements and insightsWork closely with Product and R&D teams to influence and shape the product roadmap to align with evolving industry trends and partner feedback.Advocate internally for partner-driven enhancements and integrationsPlatform & Roadmap EnablementEducate partners on Singular’s platform capabilities, measurement methodologies, and roadmap developmentsDeliver product updates, training sessions, and strategic guidance to partnersEnsure partners are well-positioned to leverage new features and innovationsIdentify and define joint value propositions with key partners and product team to ensure that this is communicated with key stakeholders within partnership teams as well as internal stakeholders (BD, Sales/CS and Marketing)Joint GTM & Revenue GrowthIdentify and define joint value propositions with key partnersDevelop and execute co-marketing and go-to-market strategies to unlock new business and incremental revenueCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to operationalize partnership initiativesEnable internal teams with partner-specific messaging, positioning, and use casesWho you are8+ years of experience in partnerships, customer success in adtech/martech or measurement/analytics.Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (MMPs, DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, etc.)Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partner or customer relationshipsExperience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teamsStrong communication and project management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business valueStrategic thinker with proven ability to drive results through execution and revenue impactNice to HaveExperience with attribution, MTA, or marketing analytics platformsFamiliarity with privacy frameworks (SKAN, Privacy Sandbox)Background working with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, or leading ad networksWhy Join SingularWork at the forefront of marketing measurement and attributionHelp shape the future of cross-channel measurement in a privacy-first worldCollaborate with top partners across the global advertising ecosystemHigh-impact role with visibility across Product, GTM, and leadershipAs a proud equal opportunity employer, we're committed to hiring top talent regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
