Contribute to our vision of building a digital future with software that matters.Your daily tasks will include ☁️Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables and outcomes. ☁️ Pay close attention to the clients’ needs, understand their pain points, serve as an advisor on how to best use technology to their advantage ☁️ Define/consolidate the overall roadmap including critical path in close collaboration with the team and the clients. ☁️ Support project teams in creating and maintaining product backlogs. ☁️ Plan and lead program delivery-related meetings as per the agreed format. ☁️Plan Team capacity via project resource management tools ☁️Drive activities leading to the growth of the cooperation with the clients ☁️ Ensure quality of the delivery by applying processes and standards defined in the company’s project management framework ☁️Work with the project triangle and keep delivery time, scope and budget aligned with the clients’ needs ☁️ Identify and evaluate all dependencies across the managed projects including: ☁️ Risks, their likelihood, impact and mitigations. ☁️ Team performance ☁️ Proactively ensure there is core lead alignment regarding scope, roadmap, status, team, risks, issues, and dependencies. ☁️ Act as the first point of contact with regard to escalations. ☁️ Report project status and provide valuable information to both internal and external stakeholders on the progress of the project ☁️ Define, consolidate & follow up on key criteria metrics (i.e. Story Point tracking, Closure trend on story scope, number of defects per phase, technical debt...). The following will make you succeed in this role⭐️ Fluent in English and ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment. ⭐️ Minimum 5 years in Project Management. ⭐️ A strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen. ⭐️Experience in working with technical and non-technical stake holders⭐️ Knowledge and experience with different project management frameworks, including agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Prince 2, waterfall etc. ⭐️ Solid business & IT flows understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle. ⭐️ Experience in Jira & Confluence. ⭐️Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, and budget management technologies. ⭐️ Understanding or experience in RTE (release train engineer). ⭐️Nice to have experience in managing clients in the digital commerce sector We are an equal opportunity employer.
