**The Global Customer Advocacy Team**

The Global Customer Advocacy Team within the Global Demand Center is responsible for producing over 200 customer stories per year in collaboration with some of the world's best-known brands. As the Head of Customer Evidence, you will lead a team of talented executive producers and a roster of award-winning global agencies who support arenaflex in project management, creative direction, video production, and story writing.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the Head of Customer Evidence, you will be responsible for:

* Managing a team of executive producers and agencies to produce high-impact customer stories that connect with customers emotionally and empower them to learn how arenaflex's solutions can help them reach their business objectives.
* Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including product marketing, integrated marketing, technical subject matter experts, sales leaders, and customers to ensure customer stories align with business goals and objectives.
* Representing the evidence team in C-level forums and leading discussions on the business and sales impact that customer stories deliver.
* Managing a multi-million-dollar budget and overseeing the production pipeline across the team.
* Personally overseeing the production of priority customer stories and ensuring they meet arenaflex's high standards.
* Partnering with trusted agencies to deliver high-impact work, on budget, and on time.
* Presenting data and reporting to stakeholders to demonstrate the business impact of customer stories.

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this exciting, demanding, and highly visible role, you should possess:

* A proven track record of people management skills, including helping grow talent and providing kind and direct constructive feedback.
* A portfolio of customer stories preferably in the B2B technology space and a deep understanding of the buyers' journey.
* A creative point-of-view, including the use of AI tools in story production.
* Passion for influencing others to trust you and your team.
* Executive presence with the ability to connect customer evidence to business impact.
* Agency management experience and the ability to partner with trusted agencies while keeping them accountable for delivering high-impact work, on budget, and on time.
* Effective communication skills, including the ability to present data and reporting.
* Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and at-scale production engines.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 6+ years of people management experience, including leading teams of 20+ individual contributors and vendors worldwide.
* 10+ years' recent experience overseeing the creation and production of customer stories (videos, and supplementary content, including written stories, quotes, social posts, etc.) used in high-profile events, websites, social, blogs, and other high-reach forums for a Fortune 100 company or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record in creating and presenting to senior leaders and customers and landing customer story plans, expected outcomes, and dependencies.
