Children need to have FUN while learning the FUNdamentals of sport. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The long-term impact will allow us to fight childhood obesity, create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board. As children have more options for entertainment, we need to meet children where they are with fun and engaging content to create a long-term impact.
THE POSITION: We are seeking coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. We provide high-quality instruction to children between the ages of 18 months-10 years old. Amazing Athletes was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the nation's largest multi sport enrichment programs with over 50,000 kids enrolled each year. New coaches can work *5-10 classes a week, earn $20-$35/hour. Our programs come with ready-made curriculum and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids!

Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum. Coaches have the opportunity to be a fitness teacher to young children.
THE SCHEDULE: The majority of classes are held during the morning at local preschools, daycares, child care facilities, or recreation centers. The ideal candidate would have the availability for minimum of the 3 days and/or times listed below:
MONDAY: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
TUESDAY: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
WEDNESDAY: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
THURSDAY: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
FRIDAY: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

THE LOCATION:
Classes are held across pre-schools, day-care centers, child care facilities, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel to get to each class location. Our classes are centered in Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, and Liberty Hill, Texas. Coaches will most likely be at one location per day.

Requirements
Teaching/Coaching: 1 year
Work location: in person
Experience working with Youths and/or Pre-School Age Children (i.e. preschool teacher, camp counselor, soccer coach, elementary educator, substitute teacher, coach, gym teacher, personal trainer, fitness instructor, etc.)
Passion for sports and fitness
Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, physical education, etc.)
First Aid Certification (preferred)
Must be willing to travel to coach within Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, and Liberty Hill, Texas
Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation
Must submit to fingerprinting and pass a Texas comprehensive background check
