About the position
Job Opportunity: Luxury Vacation Home Concierge & Property Manager (Northeast Florida) Join our small, family-owned management company that specializes in high-end vacation homes in Northeast Florida. We're seeking a dynamic individual to serve as the Head Concierge and Property Manager. This role combines on-site and remote work, overseeing the daily operations of luxury properties in Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, and St. Augustine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our luxury homes are impeccably maintained and that our guests receive the highest level of service. Responsibilities include guest and vendor communication, scheduling, overseeing, and inspecting the housekeeping team, preparing luxury homes for guest arrivals, and providing concierge services such as arranging private chefs and yacht rentals. We are looking for someone who understands the luxury brand experience, thrives on customer service, and is excited to grow into a larger role with our company. You must live locally, have a presentable appearance, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to meet and greet high-end clientele. Experience in the vacation rental industry is a must.
