We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef / Sous Chef – International Cuisine to lead and support our culinary operations. This role is ideal for a chef with a strong background in multi-cuisine concepts , high standards, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead kitchen operations and ensure excellence across all sections Develop and execute international cuisine menus with consistency and innovation Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff Control food cost, inventory, and waste efficiently Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations Candidate Profile: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in international or multi-cuisine restaurants Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Passion for quality, creativity, and continuous improvement Immediate joiners preferred Offer Discussion: Upon successful completion of the interview & trial rounds, our recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer, post which, an offer letter will be released via email.
