HCM Project Manager
Description:
ā¢ The Professional Services Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of client-focused projects within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) technology field.
ā¢ This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, providing leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve client objectives.
ā¢ The Project Manager will be vital in managing multiple projects, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement within the professional services team.
ā¢ Act as the main point of contact for client project-related inquiries and escalations.
ā¢ Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the professional services sector.
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelors degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in project management within a professional services, consulting, or similar environment.
ā¢ Strong understanding of HRIS platforms (e.g., Paycor, Paylocity, ADP, Workday, UKG, Kronos, SuccessFactors, etc.) and project management methodologies.
ā¢ PMP Certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
ā¢ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
ā¢ Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Office, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
