As a Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with the People team to deeply understand their needs and develop effective, scalable solutions. You'll also collaborate with other team members in a shared development environment, dive into the intricacies of our systems to identify opportunities for improvement, and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into smart technical decisions.WHO YOU AREWe’re looking for a Software Engineer with strong backend experience and a collaborative mindset, focused on building scalable, cloud-based solutions.
