As a Payroll Specialist, you will perform the payroll processing function; including but not limited to, entry and maintenance of timekeeping edits, adjustments, voluntary deductions, involuntary deductions, and review/analysis of applicable payroll reports. In this role you will: Accurate and timely payroll processing Understanding of Kronos time and attendance software, and Lawson payroll functionality Facilitates strong customer service relationships with external/internal personnel and peers Assists facility personnel/applicable accounting staff in research and resolution of payroll transactions as applicable Provides feedback and makes recommendations for changes to applicable forms/tools and processes Stays abreast of multi-state regulatory requirements and company policies Maintains confidentiality with all payroll information Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Advanced education not required, but considered a plus. Previous payroll processing experience preferred; healthcare experience considered a plus.
