Description
Hana Technologies and Systems is hiring an experienced Carpenter at various Overseas locations. Must have experience with metal framing, insulation, drywall measuring & hanging, drywall finishing (taping, mudding, sanding), ACT removal, reinstallation & new installation, flooring & cove base removal and installation, priming and painting installation and is familiar with US Embassy/OBO standards for construction.Key Areas of Responsibilities:· Demolishes and prepares rough openings for replacement FE/BR doors and windows· Assists with material uncrating, QC inspects, and stages new products per manufacturer's requirements· Removes and reinstates architectural finishes around existing FEBR products· Performs interior and exterior finishing work at newly installed FEBR products and systems· Performs punch list to the satisfaction of the Client.
Requirements
Requirements:· High school diploma or GED.· Minimum 1-14 years related carpentry, and general construction experience required· Attention to detail and high-end finishes· Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a Team· Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision.Certification:· HTSOS CertificationSecurity Clearances:· Clearance Level: SECRET Required· Must be a US CitizenHTS offers our employees a comprehensive benefit package.
